Ledger, withdrawal, payout

Calculation and settlement are independent. The 50 USDC threshold and realtime payout do not change the formula.

Invariants

“Paid” is driven only by a payment receipt or final on-chain confirmation. Creating a transfer is not paid.
Historical rows are never edited or deleted. Fix with append-only adjustments / reversals.
Accrual unique key: source system + source event id + beneficiary agent id + commission type. Replays return the original row.
Amounts use fixed-point. Binary floats must not settle money.
Current implementation: livePayout=false. The shadow ledger can book and lock a withdrawal, but status stays processing until real payouts exist.

net commission = original + positive adjustments − negative adjustments
available = confirmed fee payable − reserved − paid − frozen

Withdrawals and payouts change funding status only. Date ranges are half-open. Display timezone Asia/Shanghai; store UTC.
